Representative Matters
Successfully obtained a no liability finding for a securities broker and a financial planner in a NASD arbitration in Oklahoma City in which Claimant sought $2 million in damages alleging negligence, breach of fiduciary duty and violations of state and federal securities laws.
Successfully obtained a no liability finding in a wrongful death action filed against an assisted living facility in San Angelo, Texas, against allegations of negligence and intentional injury to an elderly individual.
Negotiated non-suit of unfair debt collection practice claim after gathering evidence and presenting it to opposing counsel and his client. No payment was required of collection agency or its insurance carrier for the non-suit.
